1) Application for a Comprehensive Diagnostic Report. The comprehensive diagnostic report can be downloaded after organizing sessions for students with disabilities; to assess their intellectual, psychological, social, academic abilities, rehabilitative abilities, and health capacities. In addition to diagnosing the type and degree of the disability or the developmental disorder using certified and standardized assessment tools.
2) Request for an Individual Educational Plan. You can request educational plans for students who are enrolled in ZHO centres.
3) Request a certificate to Whom it May Concern, for students enrolled in ZHO centres. The certificate can be used for confirming a student’s education continuity in the centre or previous enrolment or attendance of a session of treatment or training.
