Zayed Higher Organization and Noor Al Sahraa Launch a Project to Employ People of Determination in Producing Road Project Signboards under the “Bee” Brand

Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, in cooperation with Noor Al Sahraa Transport and General Contracting, has launched a pioneering project aimed at training and employing a group of the organization’s members in the production and printing of signboards for road and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. These signboards will carry the “Bee” logo, the distinctive and approved brand for products made by people of determination, in a groundbreaking step towards empowering this group and opening new horizons for them in the labor market.

The project comes within the framework of the Zayed Higher Organization’s vision to support the integration of people of determination into the job market and to create new professional opportunities that align with national development needs. Noor Al Sahraa has supplied the organization’s printing workshop with specialized equipment and devices, including digital printers, cutting, and laminating machines, while the organization provides raw materials such as vinyl, wood, and high-quality reflective materials.

In its first phase, the project will employ five people of determination on a regular basis in the printing workshop, where specialists will train them to operate the equipment and produce signboards in line with the required standards for road projects. The project is also expected to enhance the role of people of determination as active partners in the development process and to embody a national model in social responsibility and institutional partnerships.

Mohammed Salem Al Shibaibi, Director of Agricultural and Vocational Rehabilitation at Zayed Higher Organization, said: “This project is an important step in the organization’s efforts to empower people of determination and provide them with new career opportunities beyond traditional fields. Producing road project signboards is a vital sector directly connected to the country’s infrastructure development plans, and the participation of people of determination reflects their ability to contribute effectively to the development journey.

He expressed gratitude to Noor Al Sahraa for collaborating on the project, highlighting that this reflects the company’s commitment to social responsibility and its support for the wise leadership’s vision of promoting equal opportunities for all members of society.

For his part, Mr. Mohammed Hassan Ababneh, representative of Noor Al Sahraa, stressed that the launch of this project reflects the company’s deep belief in the abilities and potential of people of determination.
