Understanding Between Zayed Higher Organization and Emirates Institute for Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF)

To Train and Employ People of Determination in the Financial Sector




Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination has signed Memorandum of Understanding with Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF) Studies regarding the training and employment of people of determination. This will be achieved through job fairs organized by the institute for citizens in general, as well as special job fairs for people of determination. Additionally, they agreed to implement other initiatives and activities, which will be announced later. These initiatives support the strategic priority of the organization to professionally empower these groups and support them in job stability.

The memorandum was signed by His Excellency Abdullah Al Humaidan, Secretary-General of the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, and Her Excellency Noura Alblooshi, General Manager of EIF The signing ceremony, which took place on the sidelines of the Ithra’a Job Fair, was attended by several leaders from both the organization and the institute.

His Excellency Abdullah Al Humaidan, Secretary General of Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, welcomed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with the leading institute in providing training and supporting efforts to achieve the goals of the Emiratization agenda. He highlighted the institute's work in preparing the next generation of financial services specialists at a global level by building capacities, setting standards, and promoting innovation in this sector. This cooperation between the organization and the institute aims to strengthen collaboration with various sectors, whether governmental or private, to provide high-quality educational opportunities and job prospects for people of determination.

He praised the role of the Emirates Institute for Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF) in supporting and qualifying national talents according to the highest global standards, as well as the importance of its initiatives in promoting innovation and developing the financial sector in the country. He commended the institute's efforts in forging agreements and partnerships aimed at accelerating the implementation of Emiratization programs in this field. Additionally, he thanked the institute's officials for their support of the organization's efforts to qualify and employ people of determination in the financial sector.
