21 trainees graduate as part of an initiative to train and qualify young "Al Dhafra" high school graduates from People of Determination to join the labor market.

In collaboration between Zayed Higher Organization and Al Khwarizmi Training Services

Al Hamidan: The success of the program reflects the importance of the partnership between the public and private sectors in achieving sustainable community development.



Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, in cooperation with Al Khwarizmi Training Services, celebrated the graduation of 21 male and female students from various categories of People of Determination. This initiative aims to train and qualify young high school graduates from the Al Dhafra region to join the labor market through a training program tailored to their needs. The organization, in coordination with Al Khwarizmi, adopted this program, which includes essential work skills necessary for job readiness, such as computer skills, typing, general secretarial skills, basic communication skills, customer service, and time management.


His Excellency Abdullah Al Hamidan, Secretary-General of Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, emphasized that the success of the office work training program for People of Determination reflects the strength and importance of the partnership between the public and private sectors in achieving sustainable community development. Through close cooperation between governmental and private institutions, we can unleash the potential of our nation’s sons and daughters from various categories, especially People of Determination, and fulfill their aspirations and hopes for a better and more prosperous life.

During his speech at the celebration held at the Ghayathi Care and Rehabilitation Center of the organization in the Al Dhafra region, he praised the role of Al Khwarizmi Training Services in providing high-quality educational and training opportunities for a group of students from People of Determination. This has significantly contributed to their preparation for integration into the labor market, enhancing their status and effective contributions to society. He pointed out that supporting People of Determination is a fundamental part of our collective commitment to building a more inclusive and empowered society for everyone. It is our duty to ensure that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, has an equal opportunity to succeed and contribute their unique talents and skills to our growth and development as a community.


His Excellency Abdullah Al Hamidan expressed his gratitude to the parents and families who support and cooperate with the organization to transform their children into productive and active members of society. He called for building on the successes achieved so that our country, the United Arab Emirates, can continue its role in nurturing and embracing the diverse talents and capabilities of its citizens and residents alike. He also affirmed that the Zayed Higher Organization will work to provide suitable job opportunities for graduates by forming strategic relationships with all government and private sectors in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to support the empowerment of People of Determination.


For his part, Mr. Khaldoun Hamida, CEO of Al Khwarizmi Training Services, extended his sincere thanks to His Excellency the Secretary-General and those in charge of the program from Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination for their trust and continuous cooperation. He also thanked the program implementers, Mr. Amin Al-Ahmar, the project manager, and the instructors who developed and executed the program perfectly. Mr. Khaldoun Hamida emphasized that the ongoing cooperation between Al Khwarizmi Training Services and the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination is a long-term collaboration aimed at developing human resources from People of Determination to integrate them into society and turn them into effective elements in the labor market in the country. He confirmed that this project is just the beginning of many future steps towards continuous development in the field of training and qualifying People of Determination for their integration into the labor market.


It is worth mentioning that Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination previously signed a contract with Al Khwarizmi Training Services regarding the office work training program for People of Determination. Under this contract, Al Khwarizmi trained and qualified People of Determination, who are high school graduates, in the essential skills necessary to join the labor market by implementing a training program accredited by both sides, tailored in content and teaching methods to meet the needs of People of Determination, including their special requirements in terms of intellectual, physical, and motor abilities.
