In its newest chapter of the organization’s continuous journey towards diversified availability of communication channels to best serve people of determination and their families, Zayed Higher Organization has created the organization’s WhatsApp Business application interface, where, His Excellency Dr. Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili, Head of the Department of Community Development in Abu Dhabi, launched the organization’s new service, in the presence of His Excellency Abdullah Abdulalee Al Humaidan, Secretary General, and organization staff members.
The new service is the latest measure to be implemented as part of the continuous development plans implemented by Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, which focus on providing a range of innovative communication channels including fast, easy-to-use and reliable services, as well as the launch of several new customer service channels, in line with Abu Dhabi government directives.
His Excellency Dr. Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili, Head of the Department of Community Development, praised the efforts made by Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination and its launch of distinguished initiatives as part of the efforts of the social authorities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The initiative comes in implementation of the directives of our wise leadership to provide the best means of care and rehabilitation for people of determination in order to empower them and ensure their social inclusion, while continually seeking to be proactive in enhancing the experience of its customers, and keen to identify and implement changes that would further fulfil this goal.
He added that the WhatsApp Business application service launched by the organization opens a new communication channel that will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction levels by providing easy and effective services, in light of increasing consumer demand for electronic services, and their search for more effective means of communication, pointing out that the WhatsApp application is considered one of the most widespread modern means of communication throughout the world, thanks to its service efficiency and ease of use. Using this application, entities will be able to provide enhance customer service to their service beneficiaries.
Commenting on the new launch, His Excellency Abdullah Al Humaidan, Secretary General of the organization said: “Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination is proud to launch this new service, as we are always keen to enhance our services toward responding to the changing needs of our customers in the best ways possible, during the exceptional circumstances that we are currently facing. The new service was launched based on customer feedback”.
He stressed that the directives and instructions of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of organization’s Board of Directors, confirms the organization’s keen interest in identifying innovative and dedicated communication channels to optimize communication with clients and their families toward the delivery of services in a fast, safe and innovative manner according to international standards.
His Excellency the Secretary General indicated that the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination WhatsApp Business application includes a “virtual employee system” that operates continuously and works to answer all customer inquiries in both Arabic and English, the service offers several customer service options including receiving suggestions and complaints and resolving issues raised together with the organization’s customer service department.
The "Zayed Higher" WhatsApp Business application at 02 305 6666 aims to provide clients with access to all of organization’s comprehensive range of services through the application interface and to reduce client waiting time when contacting the organization. clients will now receive instant automated answers to their queries and in case urgent inquires the agent will provide them with an immediate response through the application’s artificial intelligence technology. Clients will also have the possibility to receive educational and informative videos through the application interface.
