Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination (ZHO) has received a financial donation of 100 thousand dirhams from the Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD)’s Charity Fund, for the second year running
Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination (ZHO) has received a financial donation of 100 thousand dirhams from the Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD)’s Charity Fund, for the second year running, to support ZHO’s programs and projects, ZHO used it in its new qualitative initiative Gifted People of Determination Initiative at the level of Abu Dhabi, to discover and attract the gifted people of determination in a myriad of fields of arts, including performance arts, visual arts, and media presentation. This is geared towards fostering, supporting and developing their talents, and creating an appropriate environment for them to compete against global talents.
ZHO used the last year’s donation of 100,000 dirhams, to equip the gym at its Production Center for People of Determination in Al Bahia region, with a number of sports and fitness equipment.
ZHO voiced its deep thanks and appreciation to the CDB and its entire officials for constantly supporting ZHO’s projects, programs and initiatives and all projects and programs of people of determination. It spoke highly of the CDB’s initiative to present this monetary donation for the second year running, and to help ZHO choose how to use it according to needs and to serve the targeted category.
The Organization asserted that the initiative of Dubai Commercial Bank and humanitarian contribution, by such donation for two years consecutively, in support of its noble and humanitarian mission, come within the inter-active frame between the national establishments and companies and the Government institutions and Authorities. This kind of initiative represents the Bank normal attitude towards the support of humanitarian activity in the United Arab Emirates.
The Organization said that such donation represented a response and interaction with the campaigns organized by the Organization to make the community members aware of the abilities and potentials of the people of determination and that this is a humanitarian activity, for which the Bank management should be thanked and appreciated. This also indicates the social solidarity and communication with all the community segments and a contribution to the implementation of the comprehensive national strategy and achievement of the visions of the prudent leadership of this generous country.
Zayed Higher Organization highly appreciates the substantial role played by the national banks, corporations and companies in serving all categories of people of determination. We are pleased to see Dubai Commercial Bank among such parties who play such national role.
